Common questions
I'm not in architecture. Can you still help?
Yes. Most firms have the same kinds of problems: quoting, billing, chasing replies, paperwork and knowledge that lives in one person's head. Tell me how your business works and we'll find the workflows worth automating.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can send a voice note on WhatsApp, you can use this. I handle the setup, and everything is explained in plain English.
Will it send emails or invoices by itself?
No. Everything is prepared as a draft and waits for your approval. That rule is built into every tool.
What happens to my data?
Your files stay in your own accounts, such as Google Drive or Microsoft 365, and each client's setup is kept separate. Some file contents are processed by the AI service we choose, so before anything is built I explain which service sees what, and we agree it with POPIA (and GDPR for European clients) in mind.
What does it cost to run afterwards?
It depends on the setup: usually AI subscriptions, sometimes a small hosting or service fee, plus optional monthly support. The check-up plan gives you real numbers before you commit.
What if the AI makes a mistake?
Each tool has one defined job and shows its working. Key facts are checked against more than one source, and anything still uncertain is flagged for you rather than filled in. You check and approve before anything leaves the office.
